Our Jefferson facility is equipped with both an 18' by 32' paint booth and a 20' by 25' paint booth. Adjacent to these booths is a 30' by 40' bake oven that can reach temperatures of 500 degrees F. The Ashtabula facility has a 30' by 10' bake oven and a 20' by 10' spray booth.

We complete finishing operations of our fiberglass parts within a Torit Dust Collection System.

Pickens Plastics is an ISO registered facility. Our Quality Control Department uses Statistical Process Control and provides incoming, in-process, final and first article inspections.
